$15 Voucher Code Offer - Terms & Conditions
Customers who place a qualifying pre-order for Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6) while this promotion is available and whose payment is successfully received will be eligible to receive one (1) $15 Savvy Badger Store Voucher Code. This promotion is available for qualifying pre-orders only and may be amended, suspended or withdrawn by Savvy Badger at any time, subject to applicable New Zealand law.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, a "qualifying pre-order" means a pre-order placed while this promotion is available and for which payment has been successfully received.
The voucher code will be issued after payment for the qualifying GTA 6 pre-order has been successfully received and can be redeemed on a future purchase at Savvy Badger (savvybadger.co.nz) using the same customer account that was used to purchase GTA 6.
The voucher code is valid for 3 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
- Only one (1) $15 Store Voucher Code will be issued per customer account, regardless of the number of qualifying pre-orders placed. No additional voucher code will be issued in respect of the same qualifying pre-order, including where there are order amendments, payment retries, payment re-authorisations or administrative changes.
- Savvy Badger reserves the right to limit or refuse this promotion where it reasonably believes that multiple orders have been placed to obtain additional voucher codes or otherwise circumvent these Terms & Conditions.
- The voucher code is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, a gift card, or another voucher code.
- The voucher code cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases or to the qualifying GTA 6 pre-order.
- The voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code, discount code, or promotional offer unless otherwise stated.
- Orders for Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6) paid for in whole or in part using a voucher code issued under this promotion are not eligible to receive another promotional voucher code.
- If the qualifying GTA 6 pre-order is cancelled, refunded, returned, reversed, or subject to a payment chargeback, no voucher code will be issued. If a voucher code has already been issued or redeemed, Savvy Badger reserves the right to cancel the voucher code, deduct its value from any applicable refund (to the extent permitted by New Zealand law), or recover its value by any lawful means.
- Savvy Badger reserves the right to withhold or cancel any voucher code where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, including attempts to circumvent eligibility requirements, whether or not explicitly listed in these Terms.
- Any misuse of this promotion, including creating multiple customer accounts or otherwise attempting to circumvent these Terms & Conditions, may result in the voucher code being cancelled and the promotion being withdrawn from the affected order(s).
Savvy Badger reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time by publishing updated Terms & Conditions or updating the applicable product page, subject to applicable New Zealand law, including (without limitation) in cases of fraud, abuse, technical error, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any such changes will not affect customers who have already placed a qualifying pre-order before the change takes effect.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, where those laws apply.
