NZ Domestic Delivery Fees

Shipping Information for New Zealand

We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping throughout NZ. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery:
    Enjoy affordable shipping, with rates starting from just $6.90 NZD per shipment (up to 5kg). Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, ensuring a fair price for every customer.

  • Bulky Freight:
    For larger items (over 5kg), shipping starts from $15.90 NZD per shipment. As with all deliveries, the exact costs will be displayed at checkout, reflecting the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Rural Delivery Fee:
    A surcharge of $6.00 NZD applies for orders shipped to rural areas. This fee will be added to your order during checkout.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that orders placed during weekends or public holidays may take an extra day to process.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (Courier): 1-3 business days for delivery within New Zealand.
  • Rural Delivery: Deliveries to rural areas may take up to 5 business days, depending on location.

     

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Damaged or Defective Parcels

We take great care in packaging your items, but if you receive a damaged or defective parcel, please contact us immediately here.

  • Please reach out within 24 hours of receiving the damaged parcel.
  • Kindly provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Packaging

We make every effort to package your items securely, using eco-friendly materials where possible. Our goal is to minimise our environmental impact.

Lost or Delayed Items

If your order is lost or delayed during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Pick-ups

Currently, we do not offer pick-up options for orders due to logistical reasons. All orders must be shipped to the provided delivery address. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
