How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping starts from $6.90 within the North Island, and $9.90 within the South Island of New Zealand. Delivery to a rural address is an additional $6.00
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing time is usually 1 business day but can take up to 3 business days depending on the specific product. Once shipped, orders should arrive within 1-2 business days, depending on the region. Please add 1 day for rural deliveries.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We sincerely apologise, but unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes. We appreciate your understanding.
Who do you use to deliver orders?
Most Savvy Badger orders are delivered by NZ Post, but we use various courier services operating in NZ. Depending on the nature of the product, e.g. for bulky items we might choose a different carrier. Tracking no. will be provided for all of our shipments.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship nationwide throughout New Zealand. International shipments are currently not available.
Pick-ups
Does Savvy Badger allow Pick-ups?
We are a business based in Auckland but due to the fact that our products are located in different warehouses and logistics centres throughout New Zealand, pick-ups are currently not available. We are working on a pick-up solution for our customers in the near future.
Ordering
Can I request a product which is currently not available on the Savvy Badger website?
Absolutely! We work with suppliers, vendors and brands in New Zealand and overseas. Just send us an email and we'll give you a price and an estimated date for delivery within New Zealand.
Can I request a Price-Match?
If you find a product cheaper elsewhere please send us an email with the competitor's link to the product or use the form on the product page (right under Add to Cart button) and we'll do our best to match it :)
What payment methods do you offer?
We currently accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Union Pay. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay or you can simply pay via Standard NZ Bank Transferfor a quick processing time.
How can I track my Order?
Sure thing you can! We ship all orders with tracking number and fully insured against loss or damage. You can track your order from My Account or by following the tracking link sent to your email address. Please find our shipping policy here.
Can I cancel my Order?
If you would like to cancel your order before your order has been processed or shipped, email us and we'll cancel your order and issue you a refund. If you would like to return a product from an order that's already shipped, let us know and we'll process a return for you. Please find our return policy here.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a damaged product?
We do everything possible to make sure that your is packaged carefully and to ensure it arrives in mint condition. However, if your order arrives damaged please take a photo and email us ideally within 24 hours of receiving your damaged product. We'll do our best to look after you with either a replacement or a refund. Please find our returns & refund policy here.
Can I return a product that I no longer want?
If you've changed your mind and want to return a product you can do so within 7 days after receiving it and so long as the product is still sealed / unopened.
How do I return a product?
If you wish to return a product for any reason you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will let you know return address after making contact.
If you are returning a product because it is damaged or it's not the item you ordered - Savvy Badger will cover the courier fees associated with the return.
If you are returning the product because you've changed your mind or you ordered the wrong item, you may be expected to cover the courier fees.
