Does ROMO have a waterproof rating?
ROMO is not water resistant. Keep the robot and its charging base in dry areas, avoid contact with liquids to prevent damage.
What cleaning modes does ROMO support?
ROMO supports four cleaning modes: Vacuum & Mop , Vacuum, Mop, and Vacuum Then Mop. You can also create custom cleaning plans using the Cleaning Task on the DJI Home app home screen.
How does ROMO keep the dust-box dry and clean after cleaning wet messes?
ROMO has a dust-box drying function that automatically dries the dust-box after a cleaning task finishes, preventing mould and odours.

As an example, in Vacuum mode with the suction power set to Quiet, a full charge gives about 3 hours of runtime and can clean approximately 178 m², with around 12% battery remaining. Actual experience may vary depending on the environment, usage, and firmware version.
What types of obstacles can ROMO detect and avoid?
ROMO can detect and avoid common household obstacles, including cables of various thicknesses and objects of different heights. In standard mode it can detect cables with a diameter of 2 mm or larger and obstacles that are 15 mm or higher. The robot will choose whether to clean over or avoid an obstacle based on its size. ROMO will also avoid pet waste.
For obstacle sensing to be effective, surfaces such as floors and walls should be non-specular (matte) with rich textures and a reflectivity of over 20%. The feature also requires an ambient light level of at least 0.1 lux. Avoid operating the device in areas with mirrored or highly reflective surfaces to ensure optimal performance of the vision positioning system.
Does ROMO support remote video and voice calls?
Yes. ROMO supports remote video and voice calls. To set it up, open the DJI Home app, tap the Camera icon in the bottom right of the home screen, and follow the on-screen instructions.
How much area can ROMO clean with one full clean water tank?
