2048Wh High Capacity, 23.5L Compact Size
DJI Power Expansion Battery 2000 offers a 2048Wh capacity in a compact approximately 23.5L enclosure. Its size is comparable to the 1024Wh DJI Power 1000, making it convenient to stack, transport, and store.
Flexible Expansion Options
Connect the expansion battery to DJI Power 1000 or Power 1000 V21 using the designated cable, providing up to 11,264Wh of total energy2. When paired with DJI Power 20001, up to ten expansion batteries can be connected for an impressive total capacity of up to 22,528Wh2.
Higher Capacity, Genuine Power
When used with DJI Power 1000, the expansion battery can provide a maximum continuous output of 2400W3. When used with DJI Power 1000 V2, it can provide up to 3000W continuous output3, helping power demanding appliances and equipment.
Depending on the connected power station, the system can support devices with power consumption of up to 2600W with DJI Power 1000 or up to 3000W with DJI Power 1000 V2 or DJI Power 20004.
Ports On One Side, Easy to Stack and Store
The ports, buttons, and screen are integrated on the front of the unit for convenient operation and easy access when stacked with compatible DJI Power stations.
Both sides and the rear of the expansion battery feature 1/4" threaded holes, providing additional options for securing and mounting the device.
Quality Assurance, Safe and Durable
DJI Power Expansion Battery 2000 uses LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery cells designed for durability and long-term use. The battery maintains over 80% capacity after 4000 cycles under DJI's specified test conditions5.
DJI's intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) helps manage battery operation and heat dissipation. A new sub-nano protective coating technology provides additional protection, allowing the expansion battery to operate in conditions involving rain, condensation, and salt spray when used within DJI's specified limitations6.
Faster Charging, Ready When You Need It
Connecting the expansion battery to a compatible power station increases available recharging power and can shorten charging times.
When connected to DJI Power 1000, 1024Wh can be fully recharged in approximately 36 minutes7. When paired with DJI Power 1000 V2, charging power increases to 2200W, allowing 1024Wh to be fully recharged in approximately 32 minutes7.
When used with DJI Power 2000 with simultaneous AC and DC charging, charging power can reach up to 3000W7, providing fast and reliable recharging.
Compatibility and Setup
The expansion battery must be used with DJI Power 1000, Power 1000 V2, or Power 2000. It is not designed to operate as a standalone power station.
For DJI Power 1000, update the firmware to the latest version using DJI Assistant 2 desktop software via a wired connection before using the expansion battery for the first time. DJI Power 1000 V2 and DJI Power 2000 do not require connection to DJI Assistant 2 for this purpose.
Tips
The expansion battery must be used with DJI Power 1000/1000 V2/2000. For Power 1000, update the firmware to the latest version using the DJI Assistant 2 desktop software via a wired connection before using the expansion battery for the first time. DJI Power 1000 V2/2000 does not require connection to DJI Assistant 2.

3. At an ambient temperature of 25° C (77° F), when used with DJI Power 1000, it can stably output at a maximum continuous power of 2400W until the battery runs out. The maximum continuous output power is 2200W when using only DJI Power 1000. When used with DJI Power 1000 V2, it can stably output at a maximum continuous power of 3000W until the battery runs out. The maximum continuous output power is 2600W when using only DJI Power 1000 V2. Data was tested in a controlled laboratory environment.
4. When used with DJI Power 1000, it can support devices with power consumption not exceeding 2600W. When used with DJI Power 1000 V2 or DJI Power 2000, it can support devices with power consumption not exceeding 3000W.
