Fast and Flexible Recharging
DJI Power 2000 supports AC grid power, solar power, car power, and intelligent hybrid recharging, allowing you to choose the most suitable charging method whether at home or on the road.
Grid Power
When connected to grid power, DJI Power 2000 supports charging at up to 1800W, reaching 80% charge in approximately 45 minutes and full charge in approximately 75 minutes.
Solar Power
Using the DJI Power 1.8kW Solar/Car Super Fast Charger, Power 2000 supports up to 1800W of solar input9, allowing the 2048Wh power station to be fully recharged in approximately 75 minutes under suitable conditions.
Car Power
DJI Power 2000 can be recharged from a vehicle using the DJI Power 1kW Super Fast Car Charger or the DJI Power 1.8kW Solar/Car Super Fast Charger. These chargers use excess electricity from a vehicle's alternator to rapidly recharge Power 2000, making them suitable for regular cars and RVs. The 1kW charger can provide up to 1000W10 of charging power, fully recharging Power 2000 in approximately 145 minutes.
Intelligent Hybrid Recharging
Power 2000 can combine AC and DC charging for faster and more efficient recharging. When connected to the grid, solar and/or car power can be used simultaneously. Hybrid charging can reach up to 2200W1, increasing to 3000W11 when used with an expansion battery and compatible charger.
Intelligent charging can prioritise solar power, helping reduce reliance on grid electricity and electricity costs. This is particularly useful for RV travel, camping, and emergency power.
UPS Mode: Seamless Power Backup
When an electrical device is connected to a powered-on DJI Power 2000 through an AC output port while both the power station and connected device are receiving grid power, Power 2000 automatically operates in UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) mode.
If a power outage occurs, DJI Power 2000 can begin supplying power to connected devices within 0.01 seconds12, helping maintain continuous operation.
Grid-Tied Energy Storage
DJI Power 2000 can connect directly to the grid without additional accessories and integrate with supported balcony solar systems. Solar energy can be used to recharge the power station during the day, with excess electricity capable of being fed back into the grid where supported.
When grid-tied, output power is 800W and the AC ports are not functional. Availability depends on the supported country or region.
Advanced Safety and Ultra-Quiet Operation
In Standard Recharge Mode, DJI Power 2000 produces no more than 30dB13 of noise, making it quieter than most household refrigerators and suitable for quiet overnight charging.
LFP Battery and Intelligent BMS Protection
DJI Power 2000 uses LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery cells designed for long-term durability and safety. LFP chemistry provides enhanced battery safety and is designed to remain safe even if a cell is punctured.
The battery retains at least 80% of its capacity after 4000 cycles15 under DJI's test conditions, with an approximate service life of up to 10 years16 based on one full charge/discharge cycle per day.
When powered off, the battery level is maintained efficiently. Under 25°C (77°F) laboratory conditions, after being stored for one month while powered off, the battery level drops by only approximately 2%14.
Its intelligent BMS (Battery Management System) incorporates 26 temperature sensors and 21 fuses for monitoring and circuit protection. Automatic protective measures are activated if electrical thresholds are exceeded, while the system is designed to operate normally at temperatures up to 45°C (113°F).
A board-level sub-nano coating provides additional battery protection, while a specialised potting process helps protect the inverter against rain, condensation, and salt spray. The power station uses flame-retardant materials and has a static pressure bearing capacity of up to 1 ton.
DJI Power 2000 supports use at altitudes of up to 5000m18 and can operate in environments as cold as -10°C (14°F)18.
Certified for Greater Preparedness
DJI Power 2000 has been certified by the Japan Fire and Disaster Prevention Association, supporting its use as a dependable solution for emergency and disaster preparedness.
Dual 140W USB-C Ports for Fast Charging
DJI Power 2000 features two 140W USB-C output ports for a combined 280W of USB-C output. The ports support up to PD 3.1 140W fast charging24, making them suitable for high-performance laptops and other demanding USB-C devices.
The remaining two USB-C ports support up to 65W per port, providing flexible charging for additional devices.
Each USB-C port supports a maximum output of 140W. The connected device must support PD 3.1 and the USB cable must meet EPR specifications.

This data is for reference only. Actual user experience may vary. Data was tested in a controlled laboratory environment.
11. The maximum recharging power of 3000 W is achieved when the power station is recharged with both AC power from the grid and DC power using 1.8kW Super Fast Charger or 1kW Super Fast Charger. AC recharging power may vary in different countries.
12. Data was tested in a controlled laboratory environment.
13. Measured under 25° C (77° F) laboratory conditions, with the power station placed on the floor of a soundproof room, and the noise tested 1 meter away from the power station while the power station is being charged in the Standard Recharge Mode. Maximum value was taken from the process data.
14. Under 25° C (77° F) laboratory conditions, after being stored for one month while powered off, the battery level drops by only 2%.
15. One cycle is defined as a complete charge and discharge. Tested in a 25°C (77°F) laboratory environment, with DJI Power 2000 recharged in Standard Mode and discharged at 2000W output power to external devices.
16. Based on the correct usage of the product, DJI Power 2000 will have an approximate lifespan of 10 years, calculated on the basis of completing one full recharge/discharge cycle nearly every day. This data is for reference only. Actual user experience may vary.
17. To ensure product performance, do not operate the power station in a rainy environment for more than 3 minutes, in a condensation environment for more than 30 minutes, or in a salt fog environment for more than 8 hours. Avoid exposing it to condensation or salt fog for extended periods.
18. Supports use at altitudes up to 5000 m. Supports use in environments as low as -10° C (14° F). Data was tested in a controlled laboratory environment.
19. The power station can continue to function normally after being held with both hands and dropped from a height of 50 cm onto dry mud.
20. At ambient temperatures between 0° to 45° C (32° to 113° F), the 1kW Super Fast Car Charger can recharge DJI Power 2000 at a maximum power of 1000 W via the car's alternator. Data was tested in a controlled laboratory environment.
21. Measured at an ambient temperature of 25° C (77° F) when the 1.8kW Super Fast Charger connects to a 12V or 24V car system and recharges DJI Power 2000 at a max 1200W solar power plus 600W continuous car power. This data is for reference only. Actual user experience may vary. Data was tested in a controlled laboratory environment.
22. For more details on fast-charge-supported DJI drones, refer to the FAQ page.
23. When charging the DJI Matrice 4 Series Battery with the DJI 100W USB-C Power Adapter and the DJI Matrice 4 Series Charging Hub, the charging power is 100 W. When charging the battery using DJI Power 2000 and the DJI Power SDC to DJI Matrice 4 Series Fast Charge Cable, the charging power is 200 W, thus doubling the charging efficiency.
24. The USB-C port supports a max output power of 140 W. The device being charged must support the PD 3.1 protocol and use a USB cable that meets EPR specifications.
25. Both the DJI Power 1.8 kW and 1 kW Super Fast Chargers can stabilize the battery voltage at 13.5 V. Depending on the voltage status, they can either recharge the Power 2000 (when the voltage is above 13.5 V) or supply power from the Power 2000 to the battery (when the voltage is below 13.5 V). Hybrid and fully electric vehicles are currently not compatible with DJI Power 1.8kW Solar/Car Super Fast Charger or DJI Power 1kW Super Fast Car Charger, due to differences in generator operation compared to traditional fuel-powered vehicles.
26. In different countries or regions, a compatible power adapter cable needs to be purchased separately.
